Welcome to Indonesian

Students at Palmerston District Primary School learn the Indonesian language and cluture. During our weekly sessions, students are given the opportunity to speak, read and write useful Indonesian words and phrases.  They also gain knowledge and understanding of Indonesian cultural practices, traditions and way of life, within the context of the unit of work being studied.  A variety of interactive and fun activities enables students to connect more fully with our closest Asian neighbour, preparing a platform for engagement within the Asian Century.
