Reconciliation Week begins on Tuesday the 27th of May and finishes on the 3rd of June. It is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures and achievements. We can also explore how all of us can work together towards reconciliation in Australia.
This year’s theme is ‘Bridging Now to Next’, reflecting on the ongoing connection between past, present and future.
As part of the Year 6 IMP Band - Woodwind, schools are combined to rehearse as a Concert Band to share music being studied, to participate in instrument specific workshops and other musical activities. Students will eat lunch at the first break and may have a small snack upon their arrival back at school.
